Commission on Accrediation of Rehabilitation Racilities

Relapse Prevention Group meets ever Wednesday night from 5:30 PM to 7 PM. The group runs for 8 weeks. Group is held at the substance free solutions building located at 1835 Madora Avenue

Admission Criteria:

• Recommended by ASI/ASAM Assessments
• No Danger of harming self or others
• Cognitive Function in tact
• Ability to attend at scheduled times

Criteria for Discharge:

• Successful completion of the 8 week program
• Breach of confidentiality
• Sexual, Verbal, Physical harassment or aggression
• Total non-compliance with the program
• Refusal to submit to urinanalysis
• Possession of weapon or violent threats to wards or others
• Coming to group intoxicated or on drugs
