Nichole Taylor
PMHNP-BC, APRN
Nichole Taylor has lived in Wyoming for the last 20 years and is dedicated to helping members of rural communities with their mental health. Nichole acquired her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Wyoming.
Nicole was awarded the Jonas Scholar Award in 2016 and the Susan McCabe Psychiatric Mental Health Graduate Award in 2018. Nichole is licensed to treat psychiatric disorders of pediatrics, adolescents, and adults.

Dr. Del Real Frank
Psychiatrist
Dr. Del Real Frank is the Medical Director at Wyoming Recovery. After 10 year of providing state of the art psychiatric and addiction medicine care at Wyoming longest existing center for the treatment no substance use disorders, he moves into a new stage in his career.
Dr. Del Real attended medical school at the University of California, San Diego where he received his M.D. degree. He then completed his residency in Psychiatry at Harbor, UCLA Medical Center. He has practiced as a psychiatrist for 28 years.

My passion is helping people to heal from traumatic or stressful events. I help my clients, who include children, teens, adults, and senior citizens, to change their perspective and increase self-compassion and self care so they can heal their whole self.
No single approach works for everyone, so I have been trained in a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Nutritional Interventions. I am also a facilitator Parenting the Love and Logic Way.
My educational background includes a BSW from University of Wyoming and an AA in Women’s Studies from Casper College.
