Solutions For Life is an outpatient, community mental health and substance abuse treatment center serving Converse and Niobrara counties. The main office is in Douglas with satellite offices in Lusk and Glenrock.

This position is concerned with all aspects of human resources. The position also requires assisting the Executive Director, participating in board meetings, supervising clerical staff, establishing a climate conducive to client outcomes, maintaining CARF Accreditation and participating with others in the development and planning of Agency programs, services, and training; as well as providing general computer and IT support.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or other related field. Certification by a nationally accredited human resource entity is preferred.

Special Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of office organizations, methods, standards, policies, procedures, laws, rules and regulations of business and human-resource laws, in addition to knowledge of computers.

Prior Experience: Minimum of three to five years of human-resource experience and/or related managerial experience preferred.
