Solutions For Life, through Substance Free Solutions, provides that professional and confidential service much needed to change life styles, to regain control over life and become a person no longer lost to substance abuse and addiction.
The goals of IOP are:
- Provide professional community based services
- Allow the client to remain with the family
- Allow client to maintain employment
- Support recovery and well-being of the person and
- Restore/improve personal functioning. The person can self referred or referred by other agencies. Services include:
- Clinical and substance abuse assessment ASI/ASAM
- Case management
- Prevention education
- Relapse prevention
- Referral for other services as appropriate
- Emergency services as needed
- Groups and/or
- Skills training.
