Chris Bateman
Executive Director

 Chris Bateman was born and raised in Utah. He received his Bachelor degrees and Master at University of Utah. He has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Sociology. He has a Master of Social Work. Chris will complete his MBA through Regis University, fall of 2009. Chris has worked in the Mental Health field for over 10 years. He was recognized by Washoe County Nevada for service to children and families with mental health needs. Chris is looking forward to serving the communities of Converse and Niobrara.

Linda Lake
Business Director 

Linda is a Wyoming native, born and raised in Lander, WY.   She received her associate’s degree in Business from Casper College and her BS in Business from the Montana University System/Western Montana College in Dillon, MT.   Linda worked several years in Gillette, WY for Campbell County School District #1 as the Federal Programs (Grants) Manager and Northeast Wyoming Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) as the Business Manager.  Linda has been the Business Director at Solutions For Life since May 2002.

Kelly Graham
Human Resources

Kelly is a Douglas, Wyoming native who graduated from Douglas High School.  Kelly has taken a variety of college courses through Eastern Wyoming College.  Prior, Ms. Graham worked as a Security Assistant at Dain Bosworth.  Kelly went to work for Eastern Wyoming Mental Health Center in 1995 as a receptionist.  After running a coffee shop and working at the Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy, Kelly returned to EWMHC/Solutions for Life in 2004.  Ms. Graham was the Executive Administrative Assistant and managed all of the receptionists for the Agency.  Kelly was promoted to the Human Resource Director in December 2007.
