Strengthening Teens Attitudes Relationships and Skills (STARS):

Individual success and happiness are dependent upon a number of issues; self, relationships, social skills, adaptability and awareness, to name a few. In order to adapt we have to examine where we are. And to determine what we need to change or improve.
As parents and care givers, we want to give our children all the advantages we can in order to give them a leg up and a positive start in life. The “Kids ABC’s Program” will provide learning opportunities for youth ages 9 to 12 in:
- Social skills
- Relationship building
- Self esteem
- Self-regulation
- Emotional regulation
- Behavior choices/consequences
- Team building/cooperation
- Conflict resolution.
This small group is held on Wednesdays from 4 pm to 5 pm at the Solutions For Life office.
